AISHI PLACEMENT AND EDUCARE PVT LIMITED (A Division of AXA BPO)
We are committed to providing high-quality bpo jobs-oriented skill development training. Due to the nature of our services, which often involve customized solutions, dedicated resources, the commencement of work upon engagement, and in the case of training, immediate access to learning materials and resources, we have a strict no refund policy. Once a service agreement has been executed, work has commenced, or fees for inbound(customer help desk service)and outbound(Banking financial product ie: loan and card sales and marketing)job-oriented skill development training have been paid, these fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all our service offerings, including but not limited to:

* Applicants support services

* Technical support services

* Back-office operations

* Any other customized services

* Bpo Job-oriented skill development training programs We encourage our training participants to carefully evaluate their requirements and engage in thorough discussions with our team before entering into a service agreement or enrolling in a training program. We are dedicated to ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the scope of work, deliverables, associated costs, and the content and structure of our training programs prior to commencement or payment. In the event of a dispute or dissatisfaction with our services or training programs, we are committed to working diligently with you to find a mutually agreeable resolution. Please contact our client relationship management team or our training support team to discuss any concerns you may have. By engaging with AXA BPO's services or enrolling in our bpo job-oriented skill development training programs, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. For any clarifications regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Key Changes Highlighted:
